As co-owner and managing director of Florida Homes Property Management LLC, I bring over 25 years of professional experience, having held management positions in various industries. I have been in Cape Coral regularly since the early 1990s and quickly realized the great potential of this continuously growing city and the dream returns that can be achieved in the real estate sector.
Our expertise, transparency and loyalty have made us a reliable partner in all real estate matters for many years. The satisfaction of our customers drives our actions and at the same time motivates us to continue to develop.

I am also co-owner and managing director of Florida Homes Property Management LLC. After my studies and training, I was self-employed for many years with a real estate company in Germany. I know the real estate business from all perspectives. As a property owner in Cape Coral, I quickly realized how difficult it is to find a reliable and competent management company in Cape Coral that represents the interests of the owners across the board. This finding ultimately led me to take “things” into my own hands and join the company more than 5 years ago.

You and your team have customer accounts, taxes and payment transactions firmly under control and have automated many of our processes thanks to digitalization.
Diana D. Fleites
Is a licensed Realtor© and worked in this environment in Miami for over 4 years. As Property Manager at Florida Homes Cape Coral, she is responsible for all properties that are rented out as annual rentals.
She speaks fluent English and Spanish and is therefore also the contact person for tenant matters.
The complexity and requirements for long-term rentals are very high. We are proud to say that we are one of the largest German-speaking management companies in Cape Coral specializing in long-term rentals.
